Posters

Q: Our paper was accepted as a poster. What does this mean?

A: Papers accepted as posters get a 2-page summary to be included as such in the workshop proceedings. Unless the PC Chairs decide otherwise, presentation of posters is done by at least one author on individual easels provided in a space at the conference facility and during times to be announced soon. Attendees browse this poster space and may engage in discussion with the author(s).

Poster authors will be provided with easels to display their posters. Precise location to be announced locally. The panel size is approximately 2.07 m x 2.5 m
  

VISA Procedure

Q: Do I need a VISA for attending the conference in Crete?

A: Depending on your nationality, you may or may not require a visa for entry into Greece. We recommend you to inform yourself well in advance, before planning your trip to Crete.

In order to obtain an invitation letter please follow the instructions below,

• Download the Template for the invitation letter and fill in or substitute the text in blue accordingly with your information. Save it as a MS Word (compatible) Document under the name "Invitation Letter - your lastname.doc".
• Send it to OTM Secretariat (secretariat (at) onthemove-conferences (dot) org) where we will corroborate your registration and forward it to our Local Organising Chair
  You will receive the letter, signed and stamped by email in pdf format from our Local Organising Chair.
