"Developing Collaborative Working Environments – what can we learn from Web 2.0"

As developers of collaborative work environments, we may consider the rising wave of new ideas and applications within the Web 2.0 domain as a hazard that sweeps us away or we can learn to surf this wave. In my presentation I'll first distill Web 2.0 applications and technologies to identify the basic concepts. Then I'll discuss how these concepts can be used for the design and development of cooperative work applications.
